Ordering
Orders will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested.
All orders will be shipped within a week or less of receiving the order. If you require large amounts of conditioned silica gel, please allow at least two weeks.
We will endeavor to fulfill any expedited requests; however there will be an extra cost for shipping and handling of these orders.
If you require a shipping cost estimate, please email us, and ensure you include your zipcode.
If your email address is provided, an email will be sent confirming your order on the day it is processed and shipped.
Please print out and complete the pdf. order form. For security purposes, please fax your completed order form with current shipping and credit card details to APS Products at (212) 427-6726.
If you provided an email contact address and have not heard from us within a week of ordering, please contact us to ensure we have received your order.
All orders under $100 and overseas orders must be paid by credit card.
All orders not paid by credit card MUST have a Purchase Order # to ensure payment.
