Ordering

All orders will be shipped via UPS ground (or the international equivalent) unless a different shipping method is requested.

Orders should be shipped within a week. If you require large amounts of conditioned silica gel, please contact us ahead of time via e-mail (information@apsnyc.com) or phone (347-612-4584).

We will endeavor to fulfill any expedited requests; however there will be an extra cost for shipping and handling of these orders.

If you require a shipping cost estimate, please email or call, and include your zip code.

If your email address is provided, an email should be sent confirming your order on the day it is processed and shipped. Your invoice and receipt (if applicable) will also be provided via e-mail.

Please complete a copy of our order form (included in both .pdf and .doc forms). You may also provide a copy of an institutional purchase order as long as it contains all of the information requested on our order form. Completed forms may be submitted via e-mail (information@apsnyc.com) or fax (212-427-6726). If you choose to e-mail your order please include the word "order", or any other indication that it is an order e-mail, in the subject line. If you choose to fax your order, please call or e-mail soon after to verify receipt.

Please note the following:

All orders under $100 and overseas orders must be paid by credit card.

All orders that are not prepaid by credit card MUST have a Purchase Order number to facilitate record keeping and ensure payment.
